Marché Prévost

Strategically located at the intersection  (with a new traffic light) of the main commercial artery, Boulevard Curé-Labelle (Route 117), and Boulevard du Clos-Prévotois, the entrance of a new prominent residential development in the region, “Les Clos Prévotois.”  With the region growing by approximately 80 to 150 new homes being built annually, Marché Prévost has one of the highest growth rates in the province, at 10.4% (2015-2020); almost double that of entire Quebec.
