The Development Team is where the visionaries of our organization bring our projects to life: from analyzing markets to finding the most strategically located sites where our future shopping centres will best serve their communities, to designing projects where our future tenants will thrive. They collaborate with the various stakeholders such as cities, provincial ministries and citizens and work together so that each shopping centre is carefully thought out for long-term growth and success. From acquiring land to getting our projects approved and ready for construction, our values lie in the one purpose we all serve: striving to create the best shopping centre possible to serve your community.

The talented members of our Construction team are not only the bricks and mortar of the company, they are our innovators.  They combine exceptional theoretical knowledge and practical field experience in project management, design and construction to build shopping centres that emphasize exceptional access, high quality finishes, beautiful landscaping, spacious parking and an outstanding customer experience.  They are committed to excellence in every project to ensure they attain the highest quality standards and meet the needs of our clients and their customers.

Retail is highly competitive and ever-changing, and it is critical to be mindful of market trends that affect how and where consumers shop for goods and services.  It is the responsibility of our Leasing Specialists to fill our shopping centres with a complementary mix of leading brand names and local retailers offering goods and services that meet the needs of the communities they serve.  Our team members work directly with retail chains, business owners, brokers and franchising professionals to ensure that each client gets the space they need to grow.  They develop and employ ambitious, forward-looking strategies in order to build mutually beneficial relationships with each and every tenant.  They are always available to answer questions and put together a leasing solution that meets the specific needs of our clients.

From maintenance of landscaping, parking lots and buildings to the management of tenant requests and lease matters, the Property Management Team handles pretty much everything to do with the needs of our tenants and of the properties they occupy.  Their focus is on ensuring we have consistently satisfied clients, responding to our clients’ needs quickly and comprehensively.  Once the walls are in place, signs are up and doors are opened up to retail customers, these are the people who have the most direct contact with our tenants, and to them, they are the face of our company.
